一、会议简介

        2025年第五届水利水电与建筑工程国际会议（WCHBE 2025)，将于2025年11月29-30日在中国武汉举办。本次会议将围绕光学和光电子学在水利水电与建筑工程等领域的最新研究成果展开讨论。旨在为来自世界各地的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供一个共享科研成果和前沿技术，了解学术发展趋势，拓宽研究思路，加强学术研究和探讨，促进学术成果产业化合作的平台。

        会议期间，将通过主题演讲、口头报告、海报展示等多种形式，为与会者提供最新的科研成果和技术创新。在此，我们诚挚邀请来自全球的专家学者、研究人员和行业人士参与，共同交流经验、分享成果，推动水利水电与建筑工程的持续发展。

四、投稿注意事项

        1．请务必用英文撰写论文（对中文稿件，大会秘书处也提供英文翻译，翻译费350元/千字）

        2．论文应具有学术或实用价值，未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过, 严禁一稿多投。

        3．论文格式模板下载：Templetes，投稿前请严格按格式模板排版。

        4．投稿时，请将论文（WORD版和PDF版）提交至会议邮箱： wchbecn@163.com 或投稿系统   https://sf.easyaca.com.cn/login/WCHBE2025.html；并在邮件主题中标明“投稿”字样，同时在邮件正文里留下有效联系方式（包含电话，邮箱）。

        5．本次会议采取先投稿、先送审、符合条件者先发送录用通知方式进行。

五、论文出版

        本次会议的所有投稿都将经由2-3位专家审稿。经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将由SPIE出版社出版为会议论文集，见刊后由出版社提交至 EI Compendex、Scopus及其它学术数据库进行检索。

七、参会方式

        1．作者参会：一篇录用文章可有一名作者免费参会，其他作者可另行注册；

        2．主讲嘉宾：申请主题演讲，由组委会审核；

        3．口头演讲：申请口头报告，时间为15分钟；

        4．海报展示：申请海报展示，A1尺寸；

        5．听众参会：不投稿仅参会，也可申请演讲及展示。
